Full-Time Sr Manager Commercial Data Operations

Sr. Manager, Commercial Data Management will manage relationships with brand teams to align on, manage, and prioritize data & analytics needs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Defining and creating requirements documentation.
• Prioritizing requests.
• Working closely with Dev/Ops lead on expectations, North America demand, and data warehouse roadmap.
• Collaborating with Commercial teams (e.g., Market Access, Sales, Insights) to understand data needs, build solutions, and provide support.
• Documenting business and technical requirements to align with stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with data vendors to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and capture.
• Defining data quality checks for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Enforcing data governance policies and standards.
• Understanding the lifecycle of data from acquisition to deletion.
• Analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
• Providing training and support to cross-functional partners.
• Supporting the creation and education of dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of Data Management and Operations experience in biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices (Jira, Azure Dev/Ops).
• Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake).
• Proven record of managing data & analytics needs.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources, commercial needs, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in data management and analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
• Strategic thinking, collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in rare disease, hematology, immunology, or specialty-distributed products (preferred).

Compensation:

140,000-185,000 USD annually.
