Full-Time Sr Manager, Paid Social - Remote

We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Paid social media to lead and drive our paid social advertising campaigns across Meta and other social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own the paid social content calendar and execute full funnel creative strategies.
• Drive and manage customer acquisition and reactivation through performance driven campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction and feedback to external agency partners.
• Establish account and campaign strategies rooted in experimentation.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with social media platform partners.
• Provide editorial direction and content strategies to develop compelling multimedia content.
• Collaborate with the Brand Content team to identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
• Manage the results of paid social media influencer marketing strategies.
• Present the strategy, tactics and results to key owner/operator stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly volume and ROAS targets by driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across levels and functions within the Growth, Tech, Operations, Solutions and Brand teams.
• Ensure agency partner teams effectively balance bid methods to deliver intended outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to corporate privacy and data governance policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• 7-10 years of professional hands-on paid social media experience.
• A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing social campaigns.
• Advanced experience managing social campaigns within Meta and other platforms.
• Deep experience in managing paid social media projects.
• Expertise using Google Analytics (G4).
• Strong experience with Excel (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
