Full-Time Sr Manager, Social Media

The Senior Manager, Social Media leads the strategic development and tactical execution of social media initiatives. This role acts as the primary subject matter expert, guiding clients in leveraging social media trends and technologies to achieve their marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business portfolios.
• Lead team planning and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to provide insights on social media trends.
• Oversee social media analytics and reporting.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide paid media expertise.
• Conduct social listening research.
• Develop and manage influencer relationship programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 5-8 years of related industry experience.
• Applied experience in marketing and advertising.
• Knowledge of paid media and social listening.
• Strong multitasker and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relations and business development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.
