Full-Time Sr. Operations Insights Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Operations Insights Manager to enable Rula’s expansion of new verticals (e.g., Psychiatric Services, Medicare/Medicaid, In-Person therapy, etc). This person will deliver data assets driving operational processes, conduct analysis to diagnose problems, and deliver reporting synthesizing vertical performance.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering sustainable and reliable data assets for operations (e.g., lead scoring models).
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, clinical, growth).
• Applying structured problem-solving to diagnose issues and suggest solutions.
• Communicating insights (written and verbal) to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of analytics experience in operations and/or growth.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Hex, Tableau).
• Experience delivering assets embedded into operational processes and workflows (e.g., scripts).
• Proven ability to partner with non-technical cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Prior healthcare industry experience.
• Experience embedded in departmental functions.
