Full-Time Sr. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer

• Identify unmanaged privileged accounts.
• Automate issuance, rotation, and revocation of credentials.
• Deliver reports and audit trails for regulatory requirements.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk).
• Ensure high availability and secure configuration of PAM solutions.
• Develop ephemeral access models.
• Implement workflows for secure credential storage.
• Enforce password policies.
• Define and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Manage machine, service, and application accounts.
• Support secrets management integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure access policies align with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams.

• Minimum 5 years experience in IAM, security engineering, or infrastructure with a focus on privileged access control.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience onboarding service accounts and secrets management.
• Strong understanding of integration with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and identity providers (e.g., Okta, Entra).
• Familiarity with identity federation concepts (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Experience integrating PAM logs into SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk).
• Understanding of audit trail requirements for privileged activity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
