Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in quantitative fields.
- 5+ years of data analytics experience, 2+ in product analytics.
- Proficiency with data stacks (dbt, Airflow), visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
- Experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing.
- Deep understanding of product analytics metrics (retention, conversion, engagement, churn).
- Experience with Python/R (or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Start-up or marketplace experience.
- Ability to connect insights to business strategy.
- 2+ years of mentoring experience.
- Experience with event-based data.
