We partner with Join Parachute to open small market donation centers across the country, creating local careers and opportunities to donate, while providing financial compensation. The need for blood products is growing rapidly.
About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will solve complex problems through collaboration and innovation, working on high-impact projects and partnering with senior stakeholders to execute strategies for your product pod(s).
In the first 30/60/90 days you will begin using the product, dive deep into the requirements, ask questions, and learn about current processes and future plans, meeting with stakeholders and teams.
Your responsibilities include
- Driving discovery, requirement gathering, and iteration on new and existing features.
- Defining quarterly objectives and plans to advance business goals.
- Collaborating with engineering and design to evolve agile practices.
- Navigating tradeoffs and delivering stakeholder-aligned recommendations.
Your skills and experience include
- Experienced Product Manager with strong product craft.
- Comfortable with complex systems in a regulated industry.
- Technical platform product management experience.
- Ability to operate and communicate at various levels, from strategy discussions to writing user stories.
- Effective collaboration across teams and functions.
