Your CareerThe Professional Services Consultant is an integral part of our Professional Services team. You'll provide onsite and/or remote deployment and configuration expertise for Palo Alto Networks solutions.
Your Impact
- Build and implement new architectures using our security products and services.
- Migrate customers from legacy hardware to Palo Alto Networks products.
- Create custom security policies and application signatures for clients.
- Implement network segment controls adhering to NIST and RMF frameworks.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, analyze debugging, and mitigate threats.
- Maintain implemented solutions and mentor on code upgrades, platform changes, and new technologies.
- Validate and implement proof of concepts in lab environments.
- Support customers on technical implementations and strategy, communicating from engineering to executives.
- Collaborate with the Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot escalations.
