Duties & Responsibilities:

• Learn the products and advocate for quality.
• Analyze requirements, design test scenarios.
• Perform various testing levels (manual).
• Identify and document testable cases for automation.
• Participate in test automation projects.
• Identify and communicate risks to team leads, developers, and the QA manager.
• Guide manual test engineers in test automation.
• Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce.
• Track defect progress and work with developers.
• Oversee releases and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Deep understanding of QA in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record of leading quality aspects of a team.
• Collaboration with product on requirements.
• Developing, executing test cases, and analyzing results.
• Providing meaningful testing effort estimates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, Playwright, Selenium, and Catalan.
• Experience in the field of occupational health and safety is an asset.
• Experience with REST API, data analytics/visualization, CI, and API testing is an asset.
