We're seeking a self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative individual to provide meaningful insights and actions impacting revenue growth, serving multiple internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will be a trusted partner to all revenue-generating teams and drive changes to improve business productivity and growth.
What you'll be doing...
- Understand Visier's business, go-to-market (GTM) data, and processes to build operational reporting.
- Independently gather and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and work with revenue leaders to prioritize them.
- Build reports, dashboards, charts, data sets, and documentation for meetings (forecast review, QBRs, etc.).
- Develop and maintain reports to measure key revenue metrics and conduct deep analyses on leading indicators for insights, enabling action.
- Develop predictive models to address customer experience bottlenecks (cost to serve, time to serve, backlog).
- Contribute to optimizing operational performance and design/build/deploy models to analyze customer behavior and predict CX outcomes.
- Demonstrate understanding of core CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and their relationship to business performance.
- Proactively monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and process consistency across GTM functions.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Deal Desk to optimize end-to-end revenue processes, support alignment, and ensure consistent growth.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data quality and develop sustainable data practices.
What you'll bring to the table...
- Data-driven approach; continuously questions assumptions and validates with data.
- Focus on impactful analysis: understanding the problem you're trying to solve.
- Value of analytics and eagerness to drive process improvement and help stakeholders use data for decision-making.
- Insightful, resourceful, motivated, and fulfillment in enabling others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with change, ability to grasp both big picture and individual components.
- Operational mindset, quick learner of systems and technology for applying to revenue processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting CX analysis and building high-quality CX models.
- High emotional intelligence, enjoying building relationships with stakeholders.
- 3-5 years experience in CX/Revenue/Sales analytics or a similar role.
- Gainsight administration experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Domo), Excel, SQL, and ETL tools (Matillion).
Most Importantly, you share our values...
- Roll up your sleeves
- Make it easy
- Be proud
- Never stop learning
- Play to win
