Full-Time Sr. Social Media Coordinator

AdRoll is seeking a savvy, creative Sr. Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team. You'll be a brand advocate and champion for our customers. Create engaging content, spark conversations, and expand our social presence across various platforms.

Be our eyes and ears in the social sphere, spotting trends and cultural moments relevant to our audience. From engaging posts to real-time interactions, bring AdRoll's voice to life authentically.

We seek a strategist and creator—a proactive social expert passionate about helping marketers succeed, and skilled at transforming content into connections.

This role reports to the Head of Content Strategy and collaborates with teams across brand, product marketing, and creative. This position is available in San Francisco, New York City, or Remote locations.

Impact:

• Own AdRoll's social presence: expert in campaigns, community engagement, and performance insights.
• Identify trends: monitor industry shifts, community conversations, and cultural moments.
• Be the brand voice: ensure all posts, comments, and replies reflect our tone, values, and personality across all platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with agencies, partners, and internal teams for standout social campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for results, partnering with the Content team.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and engagement.
• Deep intellectual curiosity to understand communications and cultivate conversations.
• Natural storyteller and communicator, building relationships and turning insights into content.
• Passion for digital and viral content creation; inspiring, educating, and entertaining.
• Social media network knowledge and leveraging channels for results.
• Experience creating visual assets and guiding creative teams.
