Senior Staff Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst possesses deep and specialized knowledge across critical domains within the cyber threat landscape and intelligence analysis. A recognized subject matter authority, this role tackles significant and unique intelligence challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Applies expertise in multiple cyber threat intelligence areas (threat actor analysis, advanced persistent threats, etc.).
- Develops strategic company objectives and principles related to cyber threat intelligence, enhancing security posture.
- Works on significant threat intelligence challenges requiring in-depth analysis (attacker intent, geopolitical implications).
- Employs advanced conceptual thinking to understand complex cyber threats.
- Exercises independent judgment in selecting and adapting methodologies for threat intelligence challenges.
- Is accountable for the results of critical threat intelligence projects.
- Cultivates formal networks with internal and external contacts to enhance intelligence sharing.
- Provides thought leadership on broader cybersecurity initiatives.
- Communicates threat intelligence findings to diverse audiences.
- Mentors and guides other intelligence analysts.
- Develops and implements innovative threat intelligence methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Anticipates future threat trends and develops intelligence strategies.
- Leads the development of analytical models to understand and predict cyber threats.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat intelligence or related fields.
- Deep understanding of the cyber threat landscape.
- Extensive experience creating and leveraging formal networks.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership.
- Proficiency analyzing malware, network traffic, vulnerabilities.
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM systems, and security tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- On-call for strategic support during critical incidents.
- Relevant certifications (GCTI, GCIA, GCIH) are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Fully Remote position.

- Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 (bonus eligible).
