Full-Time Sr Technical Product Engineer (Cloud and XSOAR)

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed technical information to partners, customers, and employees.
• Be a strategic advisor to the business, driving insights and feedback.
• Work across product teams to deliver feedback.
• Promote and bring innovation, working with legal, sales, product management, customers, and other teams.
• Lead ambitious projects in a multi-functional capacity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers for product feedback.
• Drive cloud native security innovations.
• Design and build content for a security marketplace (playbooks, automations, integrations).
• Create high-quality integration guides for customers and partners.

Experience Required

• 2+ years experience with major cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 2+ years experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) technology.
• Strong understanding of securing cloud platforms.
• Technical knowledge of cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in building SOC workflows, incident response, and SIEM integrations is a plus.
• Experience with cloud native programming, scripting, and automation is a plus.
