Responsibilities

• Payroll: Manage payroll processing and related activities. Handle Binance and Payoneer transactions for payroll. Execute bank transfers and ensure timely payments.
• Billing: Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely billing. Handle supplier payments and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial and economic reports for the business and specific projects. Generate financial projections to support strategic decision-making. Analyze company data and translate it into insightful Power BI reports for all teams.
• Contracts: Draft and send contracts for clients and new employees. Ensure compliance with contract management protocols.
• Operational Problem-Solving: Resolve operational challenges, including platform issues (e.g., Binance, Payoneer) and supplier concerns. Collaborate with employees, accounting firms, and vendors to address operational needs.
• General Accounting Advisory: Provide accounting guidance to teams. Submit account statements to the accounting firm for year-end closure.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage purchases (e.g., international, tickets, insurance). Coordinate shipping nationwide.
• Platform Management: Administer tools and platforms, including Google Admin Console, Microsoft Center, AWS Center, LinkedIn Groups, and Slack.

Requirements

• Expertise in payments and billing processes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with solution-identification ability.
• Contract management experience.
• General accounting proficiency.
• Advanced Power BI skills (including strong DAX knowledge).
• Experience with platforms such as Binance, Payoneer, Docusign, and Apollo (with a willingness to learn quickly).
• Familiarity with App Script (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
• High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
