Full-Time Staff Business Analyst Revenue

We are looking for a Staff Business Analyst to implement and develop Procore's revenue systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and rollout of features in revenue tools for seller and marketer experience.
• Establish data governance framework for improved data quality.
• Implement data governance and integrity protocols across platforms.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them to technical solutions.
• Handle feature requests, troubleshoot, and respond in a timely manner.
• Provide expert guidance and training to users.
• Stay current with industry trends and platform updates for continuous improvement.
• Propose and lead initiatives for new technologies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce and GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, Demandbase, Marketo, etc.).
• Ability to estimate task time and meet deadlines; prioritize multiple requests.
• Experience with data management, transformation, cleaning, and de-duplication.
• Experience with 3rd party SaaS application integration, maintenance, and support.
• Familiarity with use cases, data dictionaries, process and data mapping, class diagrams.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work with all levels of management, and work independently.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.

Compensation:

$127,680 - $175,560 base pay, plus bonus.
