Full-Time Staff Consultant Business Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, driving business objectives through gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and manage clear and concise business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories).
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Development, QA, and Operations).
• Support testing efforts by preparing test cases and validating outcomes against requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders and team members.
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in change management and adoption activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Preferably: Retail Domain experience.
