Position Overview: The ServiceNow Cyber Threat Intelligence team is looking to hire a dedicated Staff Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst | Reports Officer. The Reports Officer is responsible for producing high-quality intelligence products.
Responsibilities:
- Author, review, and publish intelligence reports.
- Partner with threat analysts, detection engineers, and data scientists.
- Ensure intelligence products adhere to analytic standards.
- Translate complex technical findings into insights for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to the refinement of CTI dissemination frameworks.
- Support information sharing with ISACs, partners, and industry alliances.
- Employ generative AI systems to accelerate intelligence synthesis.
- Define and measure key performance indicators to continuously improve CTI value delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
- 8+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity analysis, or intelligence communications.
- Proven expertise in producing and editing complex intelligence reports.
- Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and analytic tradecraft.
- Familiarity with SaaS and cloud threat vectors, insider risk indicators, and global cyber adversary TTPs.
- Experience leveraging LLM/AI-driven workflows for report drafting, enrichment, or summarization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in intelligence editing, national security reporting, or risk communications.
- Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- Experience with TIP and SIEM integrations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
