The Team: The Analytics team plays a key role in providing data-driven insights and solutions for business strategy. As a Staff Data Analyst, you'll contribute to operational efficiency, identify improvement areas, solve complex business problems, and lead weekly business reviews.
Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses, build predictive and forecasting models, develop business intelligence pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Position Location: Remote
Time Zone Requirements: East/West Coast
Travel Requirements: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings (2-4 days once or twice per quarter).
Impact: Lead development of analytical capabilities, build regular executive updates, and partner with cross-functional teams for data-driven recommendations. Develop forecasting models and data infrastructure (pipelines and self-service tools).
Minimum Qualifications: Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science), 8+ years of experience in analytical roles (technology, finance, or related industries), proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and spreadsheet tools, experience with large datasets, unstructured data, and data pipelines using tools like Databricks, DBT, Snowflake, Redshift, Looker, Tableau, or Mode, experience building forecasting models, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective presentation of actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to create and present executive-level narratives to influence decisions, strong cross-functional collaboration experience, and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Compensation: Competitive base pay + bonus and equity, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k). Anticipated base salary range $157,000 - $217,500 USD. Specific range varies by location.
