Requirements:

• Total Experience: 7+ years
• Hands-on Software Development: Modern Java Full Stack development
• Java Frameworks & Libraries: Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices Architecture
• SOA Architecture: Web Services (Apache/CXF/JAXWS/JAXRS/SOAP/REST)
• ReactJS Development: Single page web application development using ReactJs, HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript.
• AWS Experience: Building Amazon AWS
• Front-End Technologies: Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Code Quality Tools: SonarQube, Veracode
• Message Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ
• Unix/Linux Shell: Comfortable using command line
• SaaS Applications: Developing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications
• Databases: Relational and NoSQL databases
• Open-Source Frameworks: Redis, Elasticsearch
• Cloud Architectures: Strong knowledge of cloud-based architectures, development, and deployment with providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Web Services & REST APIs: Designing and developing Web Services and REST APIs
• Deployment: Deploying applications to hosted data centers or cloud environments using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
• UML & Design Patterns: Good understanding of UML and design patterns
• Front-End Architecture: Good understanding of front-end architecture, UI development, and data-driven design
• Problem Solving: Ability to simplify solutions, optimize processes, and resolve escalated issues efficiently
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends
• Degree: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Code Quality: Writing and reviewing high-quality code
• Requirements Analysis: Understanding functional requirements and analyzing client needs
• Solution Design: Envisioning the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks
• Design Methodologies: Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Application Development: Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Testing & Deployment: Leading/supporting UAT and production rollouts
• Work Breakdown Structure: Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for modules/tasks, justifying effort
• Issue Resolution: Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Team Feedback: Giving constructive feedback to team members and setting clear expectations
• Troubleshooting: Helping the team troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs
• Solutions Justification: Coming up with solutions to code/design review issues and justifying decisions
• Proof of Concepts: Carrying out POCs to validate design/technology choices
