Full-Time Staff Forensic Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate detailed financial statements and financial data (statements of revenue and expense, forecasts & budgets, production reports, etc.) to create a comprehensive analysis.
• Create Excel schedules using financial information to measure business interruption losses.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, organize documents, and input data to track costs.
• Analyze revenue and expenses to create projection models.
• Assist with inputting and organizing financial data (paper and electronic).
• Communicate analysis results to supervisors/clients.
• Assist with report and narrative preparation for clients.
• Attend client meetings (phone, online, in-person); communicate findings.
• Travel to loss location sites and client offices (mostly day travel).
• Respond and travel to large-loss catastrophic event locations when safe.
• Assist with other insurance claim-related matters and litigation projects.
