Position Overview: We are hiring a Senior or Staff QA Engineer to join our growing team. You'll ensure product quality and performance across mobile, cloud, hardware, and AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies for high-quality delivery across multiple technologies (mobile, cloud, AI, hardware).
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to define testing needs.
- Lead hands-on testing efforts (planning, execution, reporting) for thorough test coverage.
- Design and implement automation frameworks for improved test efficiency.
- Perform manual and automated testing for new features, performance, security, and regression.
- Monitor and improve QA processes for continuous quality improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to enhance product quality and testability.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 5-7 years of QA experience, with expertise in automated and manual testing across multiple platforms (mobile, cloud, hardware, AI).
- Strong experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test scripts (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
