The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk. We are seeking a skilled Staff Red Team Engineer to join our Red Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and strategies for security assessments.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security and development teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and improve testing methodologies.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in red teaming and penetration testing.
- Strong technical skills in offensive security.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive mindset and passion for strengthening security culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages.
