Position Overview: We seek an experienced Information Staff Security Contracts Manager to ensure security contract alignment with principles and architecture.

• Review and enhance customer contracts, focusing on security, data protection, and architecture.
• Propose standard language for information security, aligning with ServiceNow policies.
• Lead and participate in customer negotiations, addressing security concerns.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow architecture, industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Navigate Ambiguity: Adapt strategies to emerging challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Manage contract negotiations and prioritize workload for critical timelines.

To be successful:

• 8+ years Contracts Management experience in SW or SaaS.
• Solid understanding of contractual principles related to IT and Security.
• 8+ years Customer/Sales Contracts experience, ideally in-house legal department of a tech company.
• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise IT Industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS and cloud security implications.
• Strong teamwork and information sharing skills.
• Independent management of priorities, goals, and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have: Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM.
