Full-Time Staff Security Operations Engineer

• Champion secure defaults: Design & implement security solutions for customers.
• Leading SecOps projects & maintenance: Manage security event management and incident response.
• Driving integration & optimization: Automate & accelerate security operations workflows using SOAR tools or AI.
• Evolving & maintaining threat intelligence program: Enable proactive threat hunting & informed decision-making.
• Innovation: Innovative applications of AI to enhance threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in security operations, including incident response, threat management, and threat intelligence/hunting.
• Experience with applying AI to enhance security operations.
• Experience with Pen Testing, DDos (Offense and Defense).

• Digital forensics skills for incident response investigations.
• Experience building AI-driven threat intelligence and threat hunting solutions and tooling.
• Success in growing, building, and leading security teams.
• Vendor relationship management within the security industry.
• SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) technologies and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
