Role: We seek a strong manager eager to lead a development team. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Expert iQ team, you'll build and optimize web applications connecting legal professionals with expert witnesses. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop secure APIs, and use infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Your cloud platform expertise will solve complex challenges and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience managing a development team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular, React), HTML, CSS, and NX.
- Experience with server-side languages (e.g., NodeJS, Python, C#, Java).
- Strong SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL database skills.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) experience.
- Knowledge of authentication standards (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OIDC) is a plus.
- AI integration experience (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) is a bonus.
