Full-Time Staff Software Engineer

Role: In this role, we seek a strong manager to lead a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Developers, providing technical guidance.
• Collaborate with engineering team to enhance web applications and system designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in existing and new projects focusing on end-user needs.
• Develop and maintain APIs with robust security and authentication.
• Solve complex technical challenges, balancing requirements and design considerations.
• Embrace new technologies and frameworks, fostering innovation.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Optimize performance using cloud technologies and platforms.
• Deliver high-quality solutions through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience managing a team of Developers.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular, React), HTML, CSS, and NX.
• Experience with server-side languages/frameworks (NodeJS, Python, C#, or Java).
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database experience.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC) is a plus.
• Experience with AI integrations (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) is a bonus.
