About the Role: The Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager leads high-impact research projects, developing research plans, interview guides, and surveys to help clients understand complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and objectives.
- Develop research plans, interview guides, and surveys.
- Analyze survey results and present actionable insights visually.
- Manage associates on client engagements.
- Drive revenue generation.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of market research experience.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies (e.g., Conjoints, MaxDiff).
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Proficient in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
