Full-Time Strategic Partner Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Partner Insights, Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior analysts with data collection from various sources.
• Clean and prepare data for analysis by identifying and correcting inconsistencies, outliers, and missing values in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Create clear and concise data visualizations using Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and reports.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging data analytics trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization techniques (PivotTables, charts, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including data import, model creation, and report development.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL queries for data extraction.
• Familiarity with other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
