Sprout Social is seeking a Strategic Services Consultant for the EMEA Sales & Success team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage strategic consulting projects.
- Level up social sophistication of customers and team.
- Provide tailored implementation experiences to Enterprise customers.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years in social media strategy, professional services, or customer-facing roles in SaaS.
- Experience in training and software navigation.
- Project management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of social networks and social media strategy for large organizations.
- Experience presenting to large groups.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects.
- Understanding of software sales process and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
