Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards from multiple data sources for timely decision-making.
• Lead pursuit strategy, resource allocation, ROI, and GTM competitive strategy, facilitating leadership reviews.
• Establish go-to-market strategy, sales segmentation, and KPI/scorecard framework.
• Own all AI/ML and Automation initiatives related to GTM, including vendor reviews, piloting, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with teammates across the company for project execution.

In This Role, You Will Utilize

• 5+ years of strategy, analytical, or operations experience, ideally in SaaS or management consulting.
• Advanced SQL, Python/R capabilities.
• Expert-level Excel/GSheet and Tableau proficiency for building models and analysis.
• A "moneyball" mindset for growth without breaking the bank.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• GSD (Get Stuff Done) mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, cross-functional collaboration, and influence.
• Empathy and ability to connect with sales leaders.
• Cross-functional leadership skills.
