Full-Time Strategy Consultant - Pharma

We seek experienced Strategy Consultants to support pharmaceutical clients in shaping and optimizing commercial, sourcing, and data strategy.

Role Highlights:

• Analyzing, designing, and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and value.
• Focus on global sourcing, customer engagement (CRM), and master data management (MDM).
• Direct client engagement to understand challenges.
• Leading consulting projects focused on commercial excellence and data-driven decision-making.
• Developing clear, actionable strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Leading business case development, operating model design, and vendor evaluations.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Commercial, Procurement, Data).
• Contributing to proposals and internal thought leadership.

Experience Requirements:

• 2-8+ years in strategy consulting, pharma/life sciences, or relevant technology-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva CRM), MDM systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate in client-facing roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
