About OffSec: Founded in 2007, OffSec is a leading provider of cybersecurity training and development. We train infosec professionals on today's critical skills.

About the Job: OffSec Student Mentors support students through live chat, email, and exam grading. Duties include project assignments, course training, vulnerability testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and support learners on the OffSec Community Platform.
• Present live streams/webinars for concept demonstrations.
• Participate in projects like curriculum design and new tool implementation.
• Grade exams.
• Test, configure, and troubleshoot OffSec lab systems.
• Create and maintain department guidelines.
• Provide timely learner support.
• Assist cross-functional teams.
• Travel internationally for conferences/customer locations (when needed).

Qualifications:

• OSCP certification.
• Strong cybersecurity problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
• 3+ years IT experience, including 2+ years in server technologies, Linux/Windows troubleshooting.
• Enterprise networking configuration knowledge.
• Familiarity with SOC, IR, TH, MITRE D3FEND, and NICE/NIST framework (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Must be located in LATAM or EMEA regions.

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, Windows, storage, and backup.
