Full-Time Supervisor, SQL Developers - Financial Reporting

We are looking for a Supervisor, SQL Developers - Financial Reporting to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of SQL Developers in understanding and implementing detailed business and technical requirements for data and reporting.
• Understand business needs, partner with stakeholders, and provide reporting for informed decision-making.
• Leverage SQL and Big Query for data sourcing and structuring.
• Compile user requirements and build reports in Power BI.
• Provide guidance to team members, validate data, and maintain documentation.
• Write complex SQL queries based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, maintain data integrity, and prioritize enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation for queries, data, and requirements.
• Optimize queries and document schema.
• Support and test data and report migrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, tie to reported results, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Perform additional responsibilities in support of financial systems.

Skills:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in supervising or mentoring SQL developers.
• Experience using BigQuery.
• Experience with major data migrations.
• Solid understanding of database design.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
