Full-Time Supplier Data Intelligence Analyst

Supplier Data Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager, Supplier Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Supplier Intelligence team in obtaining, validating, and managing declarations and supplier information.
• Proactively manage supplier initiatives to reduce support tickets and improve supplier satisfaction.
• Enhance compliance documentation/supplier information sharing.
• Analyze supplier data to increase client response rates.
• Source compliance documentation from internal and external sources.
• Obtain supplier contact information to improve supply chain engagement.
• Review and validate supplier-submitted compliance data according to defined criteria.
• Upload compliance documentation and supplier information to the Assent database.
• Research, validate, and update supplier information and compliance data across internal systems.
• Handle ticket responses from Lighthouse suppliers with assistance from Supplier Intelligence Leads and Manager.
• Collaborate with Program Success to meet client expectations and follow standard processes.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications, focusing on Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, primarily in English (proficiency in additional languages preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.
• 1-2 years of related work experience (e.g., administration, reporting, research & data, supplier deliverables).
• Knowledge and understanding of standard and non-standard regulations.
• Strong Excel and data management/analysis skills.
