Job Summary
We seek an English-speaking support specialist to organize and nurture technical support for our open-source software.
You'll be the first point of contact for community, customer, and partner tickets based on SLAs.
Interact with the community and development team to solve user problems and improve software/documentation.

- Linux ecosystem knowledge
- Troubleshooting expertise (Unix/Windows)
- Scripting proficiency (Bash/PowerShell)
