Full-Time Sustainability Operations Analyst

About the Role: We are looking for a collaborator to deliver high-impact project, operations, and analytics support for Altruistiq's enterprise customers, providing embedded expertise to maximize platform power and achieve sustainability objectives.

As a Sustainability Operations Analyst, you will own the delivery of tailored environmental footprinting and analytics objectives for the world's largest companies. You will provide hands-on support with in-platform activities and analysis, acting as an extension of business sustainability teams, empowering decision-makers with valuable insights.

1. Help Customers Maximize AQ Platform Power: Act as a power user, manage data sources, track progress, create custom dashboards, and handle disclosure/decarbonisation initiatives.
2. Guide Customers as a Trusted Advisor: Build relationships and partner with customers to achieve sustainability goals (e.g., first completed corporate footprint).
3. Embed Within Customer Teams: Operate as an integral part of the customer's team, communicating and aligning with their workflows for effective project execution.
4. Find Innovative Data-driven Solutions: Advise and support on data quality/estimation methods. Use problem-solving, market research, and collaboration to accelerate customer goals.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product) to share insights, improve the customer experience, and enhance Altruistiq's service offerings.

About You:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, familiarity with data management, cleaning, and sustainability reporting.
• Proven ability to draw insights from complex data, provide data-driven recommendations/deliverables (e.g., visuals).
• Basic understanding of Greenhouse Gas Emissions calculation (GHG Protocol).
• Passion for sustainability and sector developments.
• Inquisitive, structured approach to problem-solving.
• Exemplary stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written/verbal English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability, a "go-getter" with proactive problem-solving.
