Full-Time System Governance Specialist

The Role: We seek a System Governance Specialist who excels in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and fortify cross-platform environments (Linux, others).
• Lead post-installation automation for device standardization and security.
• Orchestrate cloud-based directory services, MDM, and SSO frameworks.
• Build automations for device management, identity provisioning, compliance, and endpoint monitoring.
• Develop integrations with collaboration platforms for operational workflows and compliance.
• Oversee patch management across all platforms (laptops, mobile, cloud).
• Implement proactive vulnerability management.
• Ensure continuous alignment with industry security standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
• Advance mobile device and identity management for remote-first operations.
• Continuously harden endpoints without compromising user experience.

Qualifications:

• Linux Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Linux systems administration and security.
• Multi-OS Proficiency: Managing Linux, macOS, and Windows endpoints securely and at scale.
• Automation Skills: Building automations via scripting, API integration, and platform SDKs.
• Governance and Security Knowledge: Understanding patching, vulnerability management, compliance, and endpoint hardening.
• Identity Governance: Understanding cloud-based identity management (SSO, federated directories, IAM).
• Cloud-Native Fluency: Experience with cloud identity systems, MDM platforms, and modern authentication.
• Builder Mentality: Engineering solutions, automating relentlessly, and addressing root causes.
• Global Communicator: Fluent English communication.
