Full-Time System Security Manager

We are looking for a System Security Manager (Responsable de la sécurité des systèmes d’informations), full-time, near Montpellier (Lattes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess risks.
• Identify technical and organizational measures to mitigate risks.
• Monitor the proper implementation of security measures within assigned teams.
• Provide regular reports on risk management and key performance indicators to department managers and business unit directors.
• Offer security expertise to all technical teams.
• Implement group security objectives in the subsidiary.
• Advise department directors on risk management strategy.
• Identify and assess risks with business units and implement mitigation measures.
• Advise business and technical departments (R&D, technical department, etc.) on security choices and implementation.
• Stay updated on technological and regulatory changes.
• Write and revise specific technical security policies for business units and subsidiaries.
• Educate employees on information system security.
• Support operational implementation of company security policies.
• Analyze, manage, and track security incidents.
• Assist with security audits requested by clients and promote security within the company's teams.
• Verify the proper implementation of security measures.
• Gather data and generate reports on risks, risk mitigation, and security effectiveness.
• Travel is required.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position (e.g., System Security Manager, Assistant System Security Manager).
• Project management experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Quick understanding of complex technical environments and information synthesis.
• Strong knowledge of security systems (network filtering, authentication, system security, encryption, threat protection).
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods (e.g., EBIOS RM).
• ISO 27001 certification (preferred).
