Full-Time Tableau Reporting Analyst

The Digital Insights team partners with various business units to define reporting strategy, manage impactful change projects, develop insightful reports, improve data quality, implement system controls, and support/train reporting system users.

Reporting to the Senior Tableau Manager, you'll be instrumental in executing our reporting strategy, shaping reporting projects for optimal user insights, including the executive global leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impactful reports to enhance insight & operational productivity.
• Participate in defining technical best practices for Tableau reporting & data preparation.
• Bridge requirements and technical capabilities using business knowledge.
• Communicate Tableau capabilities to users, sharing experience with peers.
• Partner with Enterprise Data Management & IT to deliver quality data solutions.
• Provide regular project updates (progress, risks, opportunities).
• Ensure quality in all reporting solutions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Intelligence experience
• Proficient with Tableau advanced features
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and pitfalls
• Understanding of diverse partner requirements

Desirable:

• Experience with SQL for data retrieval/transformation
• Experience with Tableau Prep or similar data preparation tools
• Knowledge of big data architecture and system integrations
• Financial reporting experience
