Full-Time Tableau Reporting Analyst

The Digital Insights team partners with business units to define reporting strategy, coordinate change projects, develop reports, improve data quality, implement controls, and support user training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impactful reports to improve speed of insight and operational productivity.
• Define technical best practices for Tableau reporting and data preparation.
• Bridge requirements and technical capabilities using business knowledge.
• Communicate Tableau capabilities to users, share knowledge with peers.
• Partner with data management and IT for quality data solutions.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure quality in all reporting solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of business intelligence experience.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Tableau features.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Understanding of partner and business area requirements.

Desirable skills:

• SQL experience for data retrieval/transformation.
• Tableau Prep or similar data preparation tools.
• Big data architecture and system integration experience.
• Financial reporting development/support experience.
