Full-Time Team Manager Packet Switched Core

In this role, together with the Department Manager, you will manage daily operations and lead innovation efforts within the Packet Switched Core Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong stakeholder management and providing management information to support department goals.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and anticipating industry developments.
• Prioritizing activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of results.
• Ensuring a future-proof workforce through regular employee discussions about roles and personal development.
• Setting clear priorities aligned with stakeholders, focusing on key objectives.
• Managing team members, workload, results, and technical solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and architects to shape the innovation roadmap.
• Overseeing operational management and supporting employees in handling incidents.
• Maintaining technical knowledge of the mobile core network and its services.
• Managing suppliers in your domain.
• Reporting progress and KPIs to management and stakeholders.
• Ensuring employee development and preparing the organization for future developments.
• Motivating and connecting teams.
• Switching between discussion levels and engaging stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a line manager in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience in building & managing telecom networks and mobile network technologies.
• People-first approach, bringing out the best in your team.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps, project-based work (a plus).

Salary: €5,742 - €8,865 gross per month, depending on experience. Other benefits include a 13th-month salary, personal development budget, flexible vacation days, home office setup, and more.
