We’re looking for a Tech Support Representative (or a lead generation pro who knows Upwork) to help our clients improve their results on Upwork using the GigRadar platform. 🚀
What You’ll Do💬
- Support Clients: Provide quick daily support through Intercom, email, and Slack.
- Check Profiles: Review client setups and freelancer profiles to ensure they’re optimized.
- Handle Requests: Turn client requests into tasks for our tech team.
- Work with the Team: Collaborate with developers, account managers, and Upwork experts.
- Keep Clients Updated: Track progress on tasks and inform clients regularly.
What You Need✅
- Experience in tech support (B2B/SaaS) or Upwork lead generation.
- Knowledge of how Upwork works.
- Good English skills for communication and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Notion, Hubspot, and search methods like Boolean/ElasticSearch.
