Customer Success: Focused on helping top-tier customers achieve success through Cognite's offerings.
The Role: Technical Account Manager / Director will collaborate with Account Team and Solution Architects. You'll act as a technical advisor for preselected top-tier customers, ensuring scalable architecture.
- Align with central customer IT team(s) on Cognite Data Fusion target architecture.
- Support solution deployments to ensure technical fit with customer ecosystem and target architecture, including security setup.
- Ensure alignment with Cognite best practices and clearly defined operational responsibilities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Manager/Director to align customer goals with Cognite product roadmap.
- Coach customers on technological developments in Cognite Data Fusion.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and support technical escalations.
- Provide valuable input to Sales on opportunity pursuits.
- Support partner team in qualifying partners.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams to enable customer success.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Technology or similar (Master's preferred).
Experience: 3-10+ years as a data/solution/enterprise architect, software developer. Experience with Cognite's target industries (O&G, Manufacturing, P&U) and familiarity with common source systems, data types.
