Full-Time Technical Analyst II/III

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst II/III to work remotely within our Asset Management group.

A successful candidate will use technical expertise and project delivery experience to support clients in implementing geospatial-based technology solutions, from requirements to rollout.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting and business analysis to design and document technology solutions
• Working on multiple projects of varying size and complexity
• Eliciting, translating, and simplifying requirements
• Documenting and organizing acceptance criteria for user needs
• Motivating teams to communicate effectively and exceed expectations
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborating with project teams during all project phases (requirements, design, build, test, training, deployment, support)
• Facilitating asset management requirements meetings
• Defining process improvements and supporting decision-making
• Assisting quality assurance in testing solutions

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computing, or business
• 3+ years experience with Cityworks (or similar software)
• Experience engaging others in technical solution delivery
• ESRI experience (preferred)
• Pavements & Roads and DOT asset management technology experience (preferred)
• ESRI cloud, desktop, web, and mobile product line experience (desired)
• Community development software development experience (a plus)
• Geospatial and community development experience (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and creativity
• Travel up to 25% of the time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
