Eurofins Consumer Products Assurance is looking for an experienced Technical Auditor to work in markets around the world including UK, France, Germany and US.
Duties for the role will involve:
- Conduct technical audits and assist in follow-up until closure is successfully achieved per quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Support and assist in the development of new technical audit programs.
- Ensure audit processes are conducted in line with Eurofins CPA and client’s expectations and to the highest standards.
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Follow Eurofins CPA Code of Ethics in all activities. Follow Eurofins CPA policies and procedures, including but not limited to HR, Integrity, QA, IT, EHS. Follow the Eurofins CPA escalation and cascading procedure.
- Follow Eurofins CPA record keeping procedures. Follow clients’ instructions in using client’s platforms and tools.
- Achieve job objectives set by office management. Achieve other job related tasks assigned by audits supervisor/manager. Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
This role will require:
- Obtain the required qualifications/training for the programs they will conduct audits for.
- Maintain their qualifications through refresher training. Maintenance of any proficiency programs offered by different programs.
- Keep updated with local laws, industry practice and knowledge, client standards and CSR related skills and knowledge, especially in the industries they audit for.
Be rigorous, organized, open-minded, able to work among a team and have a natural leadership.
Degree holder in mechanical/ industrial/ electronic & electrical engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in quality system audit. Hands-on skills in the quality management system would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of home textile, general hard goods, and formulated products manufacturing is a definite advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently. Good command of both spoken & written English. Excellent attention to detail with management and coordination skills.
