Contractor Technical Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed process models, workflows, and use cases
• Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to support decision-making
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and applications
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user manuals
• Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
• Business process modeling and documentation expertise
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
