Job Details
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Translate Business value statements into project deliverables for cross-functional teams
- Analyze change requests, converting them into requirements for developers to provide estimates
- Set expectations and help clients plan software changes
- Train clients on system use and functions
- Provide after-hours support for critical changes/fixes
- Run conference calls, write executive summaries and testing plans
- Design website mockups, document use cases and acceptance criteria
- Test solutions, fixes, new features, and customizations for client issues
- Analyze complex business problems and determine IT solutions
- Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications
Must have:
- 3 – 4 years in an IT Business Analyst role
- Excellent English
- Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories
- Strong SQL background
- Experience with Data Analysis and research
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
