The technical expert will join a team of IT professionals involved in solution delivery and maintenance for the client's network operations.
The role is integrated into the Operational Excellence – Network Operations support team, collaborating with local and global teams.
- Service Management: Systems, Database, and Network
- Service Support: Application maintenance and support
- Service Management: IPC Process Management
- Service Management: Project Management
- Service Management: QoS and Governance
Team activities include support for IT Infrastructure for Business and Development teams, and support for production and IT Service delivery, as well as development & maintenance of Applications.
As a monitoring platform administrator, the expert will manage, maintain, and monitor the platform, perform data analyses, trend assessments, and troubleshooting, collaborating with central teams on incident/problem resolution, and document platform changes. Strong troubleshooting expertise is required.
- Monitoring Platform Administration: Manage, maintain, and monitor monitoring platform
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis, trend assessment and troubleshooting, and work with central teams on incident/problem resolution
- Documentation: Document platform changes
- Troubleshooting: Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise
Significant expertise in:
- Managing monitoring platforms and data analysis in network environments
- Using Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, and Spectrum
Nice to have:
- Expertise in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar
- Expertise in network, security technologies and protocols
- Support in incident handling and problem solving
- Expertise in operation of large networks
- Technological expertise in networks and/or security (CCNA/CCNP/other)
Mandatory:
- English proficiency is mandatory.
The position is remote, but office presence in Madrid, Spain may be required occasionally.
