Job Summary:

Implementation Consultant position in the Embedded Delivery team. This customer-facing role designs, integrates and embeds Visier's Analytics solutions. Engage stakeholders from developers to executives to deliver cutting-edge SaaS analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, integration, and embedding of Visier's platform.
• Act as primary technical advisor to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with partners to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and implement robust ETL processes for seamless data flows.
• Provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and best practices.
• Drive multiple work streams while delivering high-quality solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Visier GTM and product teams.

Qualifications:

• Consulting & Communication Skills: Proven track record in guiding external clients.
• Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years experience in analytics (BI tools, ETL, database mgmt, data integrations).
• Problem-Solving: Solving complex technical challenges.
• Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience in managing SaaS projects and stakeholders.
• Data & Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of the data analytics stack.

Bonus Skills: Tertiary education, experience with SQL, Python, Java, Spark, large-scale databases (Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum), and experience in product companies.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 CAD + bonus
