We're seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to ensure customer success with our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong customer relationships
- Assisting merchants with onboarding via calls
- Addressing customer issues and questions proactively
- Delivering exceptional post-onboarding support
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a customer success role, preferably SaaS
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Self-disciplined and able to manage multiple projects
- HTML/CSS and JavaScript knowledge a must
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (plus)
- Experience with CRM tools (plus)
